This is an agreement between Seller & Buyer and becomes effective when a deposit and/or full payment is placed.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your puppy which goes towards the total purchase price of your puppy.  Puppies will not be placed on hold without deposit. Placing a deposit, means you have the ability to pay for and give your puppy a good home where they will be loved and taken care of. You have read over all the categories on our site, and are ready and educated to take on the responsibility of raising your sweet puppy. The total balance of your puppy is due in full by the time he or she is 8 weeks old, so if your baby is past 8 weeks when you find him/her, full payment is due.  Payment can be made through Zelle through 801-497-6504, Cash App, or cash. We don't ship our babies... If you need delivery, there is an extra cost for one of our awesome puppy nannies I can help you set up, or you can personally fly in to the Salt Lake, Utah airport.

We take great pride in producing healthy babies that if continue to be taken care of properly, can live up to 25 years.  Your puppy is guaranteed to come to you healthy, and has had a well check before coming to you.  Please read through the following to make sure he or she stays healthy.  Make sure your new puppy has access to a good small puppy food, clean water, and is eating and drinking regularly to ensure the health of your puppy and specifically to keep blood sugar levels normal. Please realize your puppy is a baby and needs time to adjust to its new people and environment and don't overload him or her with visitors as to not put unnecessary stress on him or her.  If your puppy has a vet diagnosed, congenital, or hereditary defect, that is a life-threatening condition, bring me a vet-signed statement of the defect and he or she will be replaced with the first available puppy as soon as possible.  The original puppy must be returned before a new puppy can be delivered.  All transport & vet charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  If you notice any abnormalities in your puppy, it is your responsibility to contact the breeder within 3 days of receiving your puppy to let her know.  This guarantee is null and void if the puppy is sold to a third party, and if normal precautions aren't taken, or if puppy dies from abuse or neglect.  You understand that under no circumstance is your poodle to be surrendered to a shelter, & must be offered to return to the breeder first.  I do not require you to spay or neuter/but the puppies are sold as pets & if you choose to breed, there is no guarantee for that.

If the deposit is placed before the Puppy is born, the deposit will be refundable if we don't have gender, color, or size of your preference or if the puppy becomes ill or in case of death. Otherwise the deposit is Non-Refundable. If you change your mind or have any other problems arise, the deposit will not be refunded no exceptions.
