We raise our babies as naturally as possible. We use Puppy Culture to help produce well adjusted babies. Our moms, dad, & babies eat Nulo Freestyle Small Breed Dog Food, Premium Adult and Puppy Grain-Free Dry Smaller Sized Kibble Food, with BC30 Probiotic for Healthy Digestion Support. All of our moms & dad get Pet Honesty 10 for 1 peanut butter vitamin. Once a month, they get a couple sprays of colloidal silver in each ear, we also use it at necessary times internally for them to stay healthy. Please see the more natural vaccine chart below & read the Vaccination Information page so you can make a decision you feel right about. It will be your choice whether or not to vaccinate your puppy.
When taking your puppy home, you will need to make sure that he/she receives plenty of rest. Do not let him/her over exert himself/herself for the first two weeks. Minimize their activity level so their blood sugar levels do not drop. Puppies are easily stressed by excessive holding. You should limit holding your puppy to 15 minutes an hour unless he/she is sleeping on your lap. Puppy playpens or play yards are best to house a toy breed puppy. It allows them to see their surroundings and not feel lonely. Make sure they are kept warm enough and away from drafts, but where they can see you. They will always need access to clean water to stay hydrated. Make sure to never give your puppy something that could hurt them or that they could choke on. If you don't know what is going on with your puppy and are worried about him/her, call your vet. Make sure your puppy is eating and drinking regularly and going to the bathroom regularly. Always remember your puppy is a baby...

Natural Toothpaste Recipe...
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp hydroxyapatite powder
2 TBS baking soda
3 drops of ginger essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
Mix evenly & brush teeth at least 2-3 times a week.
We use this litter box with a puppy pad at the bottom... All our babies are trained on this, and your new baby has started their training on this or the one below...although you will be able to train them to go wherever you decide & what works for you...consistency is the key.

Because your baby is so small, I highly recommend getting a portable playpen for when you go places so your baby is never wandering around to get stepped on... you can find small & medium sizes online or in pet stores.
Tiniest Bark Collar is for tinies...it does not shock, but instead vibrates & beeps to deter from barking.

Recommendations for our tinies, 1-2 sprays in their mouth a day until they are bigger, 3 sprays in their mouth a day for 2 1/2-3 pounds, 5 sprays in their mouth a day for 3 1/2-7 pounds. Ears... 1-3 sprays in each ear once a month, if they have tear stains, 1-3 sprays in each eye until gone.
Pumpkin....I recommend having a small can of pumpkin incase your baby is throwing up, has an upset stomach, or has diarrhea... give them 1/4-1/2 tsp twice a day until symptoms are gone.
Pupcake Recipe...we make one of these on their birthdays and they share it...
3 TBS pumpkin puree
3 TBS peanut butter
3 TBS organic rolled oats
1 flax egg (1 TBS ground flax mixed with 3 TBS water) let this sit for 5 minutes in a separate bowl to thicken OR 1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 1 or 2 paper liners into a muffin pan. Recipe makes on large cupcake or 2 medium sized cupcakes.
Whisk together pumpkin, peanut butter, and oats in the bottom of a small bowl.
Mix in the flax egg & baking powder until incorporated.
Bake for 2-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

I added this to our babies food & their teeth health is only getting better & better...you just sprinkle a scoop on their food everyday.
Once a week, all our babies get ground up pumpkin seeds sprinkled on their food...this naturally deworms them. Pumpkin seeds are known for their ability to get rid of worms, but also provide numerous health benefits for your dog such as boosting their immune system. An amino acid in pumpkin seeds, cucurbitacin, paralyzes the worms & causes them to lose their grip on the intestinal wall & expells them from the body. 1/4 teaspoon ground raw unsalted per 10 pounds of body weight. Do NOT grind in a coffee grinder as coffee is toxic to dogs.
